Even more comfortable than
original Crocs, more stability. I wear these almost every day,
because of the comfort and stability - they have more traction
than the originals, and are a little taller, so I can actually
wear them in the rain. They have a nice deep foot bed, the
straps are adjustable, it's a great-fitting shoe. Feel great,
the heel straps need to be a tad stronger, the black rubber
[round] that holds the strap to the shoe is the weak link !!!
Other then that I love the shoe !!!! I've used Army Shoes two
years in a row on expeditions in Micronesia and find them to
be superior to all sport sandals. The increased tread protects
the feet from sharp rocks and can stand up to the reef flat
which other models of army slip on cannot reliably endure. I
suggest stiffening the sole of the Off Road to make it even
more rugged. I bought these shoes because I was already
a big fan of the original Crocs and wanted something outdoorsy
for camping. The purpose has definitely been served. Although
they're a bit wide in the toe area, the adjustable back strap
provides a snug fit. Totally worth it. |
